how this place has 4.0 stars is beyond me. she wanted to pull 4 of my molars said they all need root canals that insurance wouldnt cover them. she said my front tooth needed a root canal. shed have to send insurance the paperwork see if they approve it. at the appointment dr. honey did 2 fillings. my partner couldnt even look as he said teeth were just flying everywhere. i left in more pain than when i went in there with. i went back to my old dentist very grateful he let me back. Hes going to fill all my back molars & FILL MY FRONT TOOTH. that that woman wanted to pull all 4 of my teeth & root canaly front tooth. she clearly has people put these reviews up because aint no way she has 4.0 stars she doesn’t even deserve one. when she was working on me she was pushing down on my body with her whole body weight. just uncomfortable if you love yourself or your family your bringing to this place, DONT.

Everyone was very friendly and informative of what they were going to do. The office was very clean and neat. The only negative thing is having to wait so long after your appointment time to get seen.. Overall this is a great place to come to.

Did a root canal and a crown years ago did a amazing job. Hadn't budged after 9 years of abuse of my teeth and is my best tooth currently. She's very kind and professional. Just had all my teeth repaired she did a amazing job same day got me in and drilled and filled all my bottom teeth instantly did a amazing job. Would've took me massive appointments elsewhere but she got it done as fast as possible. She's amazing 😍

I don't understand all the mixed reviews. Usually I don't review but this time I feel I need to. Okay so starting from when I called for new patient appt. Olivia who answered was nice. Day of the appt, person at front desk was nice and I didn't have to wait too long. Signs everywhere including one that said new patients would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Called back by the person who did X-rays. She didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there and was short with her responses. I was brought to the "room" which is like an office with cabinets separating the areas. I could see and hear other procedures being done. I didn't have to wait long for the dentist to come in. She didn't introduce herself. I had to turn to see her at first. She was a bit hard to understand. She asked me a couple questions. She looked in my mouth and had me point to where I was experiencing pain. She looked in my mouth for about 5 seconds. Told that nurse/assistant with her to order an antibiotic and set up a referral. Didn't explain anything. The nurse or assistant whoever was so nice. Was brought to a smaller waiting room to wait for referral paperwork, that woman was nice and pretty quick. I think I was in there

My experience today was extremely disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional and inattentive throughout my visit. I constantly had to ask questions and request information that should have been clearly explained to patients without needing to ask. During my fillings procedure, I was never offered protective goggles. Near the end of the procedure, liquid poured into my left eye. Even though my eyes were closed, no one offered me anything to clean up with until I specifically asked for a wipe myself. It honestly felt like patient comfort and care were not a priority, and that they were more focused on rushing patients out the door. After the procedure, I also was not informed about basic aftercare instructions such as how long I should wait before eating or drinking. Once again, I had to ask because no one bothered to explain it. What’s most concerning is that this office already has many negative reviews mentioning similar issues, yet it does not seem like any effort has been made to improve the patient experience. Unfortunately, this is one of the only dental offices in the area that accepts my insurance, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
